Start a writing a story line, and coming up with original characters.

It looks like you traced scenes from the matrix...and its not very animated...the intro was too long...but its not bad for your first try..

This is great for your first. All I have to say is, look at some other things in judgement. The ones that have a stick tween. This is like 10 times better then those even though you only used tweens. I gave you a five for effort and wonderful drawings. Practice ways to actually get the character to move.
